1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ForwardFi.link, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Non-Custodial Service

ForwardFi.link is 100% non-custodial. We never hold, control, or have access to your funds. Payments are automatically forwarded on-chain to the wallet address you set.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
• You are responsible for entering the correct payout wallet address — payments sent to a wrong address you provided cannot be recovered
• You must comply with laws in your jurisdiction (including tax reporting)
• Do not use ForwardFi.link for illegal activities

4. Prohibited Use

• Fraud, scams, or phishing
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Selling illegal goods/services
• High-risk or sanctioned jurisdictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without notice.

5. No Financial Advice

ForwardFi.link is a tool. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Lost funds due to user error, including an incorrect payout wallet address
• Blockchain congestion, delays, or failed transactions
• Third-party payment processing outages beyond our control

7. Fees & Payments

Free plan: 1 payment link, forever, at no cost — it can't be edited or deleted once created.
Lifetime plan: a one-time $17 payment for unlimited payment links, with full edit and delete access. No subscriptions, no renewals.
No hidden platform fees. Standard blockchain network fees apply to every transfer.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use means acceptance.
